Childbirth Education Session $275

Add a childbirth education session with me to any of my packages or book me for a private in home session. This is a one time private session held for 3 to 4 hours in the comfort of your home. This intimate setting allows me to tailor the class based on your personal needs for your labor experience. Instead of a group setting like normal childbirth classes we are able to have discussions and dive deeper into your questions about your upcoming birth. We can move at a pace thats comfortable and understanding for you and your birthing team. Topics included but not be limited to:

Signs and Stages of labor.
Building your birth plan.
physical and emotional comfort measures
Understand medical support (Interventions) and inductions.
Pain medication options.
Understanding first days of Breastfeeding.
