How to use

Below is a list of ways you can use your bath. Remove the crystal and place it near you for your bath. Please feel free to reach out if you need more guidance.

1. In a pot of water bring your herbal mix to a boil. Set the pot aside to cool down and allow the mixture to steep. Once cool, strain the herbs, sit in the tub, and pour the water all over your body head to toe.

2. Run a bath and place the desired amount of your spiritual bath in the tub, then soak your body.

3. Lastly, place the herbal mix in the mesh bag and place it in your warm bathwater. Sit in the bath and enjoy.

Remember to set an intention before each use and soak in the bath for at least 20 minutes. Take time to relax and recharge yourself. Create the ultimate experience by lighting your Self Love candle. Add roses and take time to romance yourself. Journal any insight afterward.
